Salty Bidats Yacht Management started long before it ever had a name. For brothers Captain Jordan and Jack, the water has always been home. Born and raised in South Florida, we grew up around boats, fishing, marinas, and the ocean. Some of our earliest and best memories were made on the water, and from a young age, boating became more than something we enjoyed—it became part of who we are.

As we got older, that passion only grew stronger. Captain Jordan turned a lifelong love for boating into a professional career on the water, gaining hands-on experience operating and caring for vessels while developing a deeper understanding of what yacht ownership truly requires. At the same time, we both shared a strong entrepreneurial mindset. We were never afraid of hard work, long days, or starting from the ground up. We learned early that if you want to build something meaningful, your reputation has to be earned—one job, one client, and one relationship at a time.

Eventually, our two worlds came together: our passion for the water and our drive to build something of our own. That vision became Salty Bidats Yacht Management. What began with two brothers, a lifelong connection to the water, and an entrepreneurial dream has grown into a company dedicated to providing owners with a level of care and attention we would expect for our own vessels.

We believe that when you do something you truly love, it isn’t considered work. When passion is combined with discipline, knowledge, attention to detail, and an uncompromising work ethic, it becomes the foundation for something much bigger.

To us, yacht management isn’t simply about maintaining a boat. It’s about trust. Our clients are putting one of their most valuable possessions in our hands, and we take that responsibility personally. Whether it’s routine maintenance, detailing, mechanical services, coordinating projects, or simply making sure a vessel is ready when the owner wants to enjoy it, our standard remains the same.

We’re proud of where Salty Bidats started, but we’re even more excited about where we’re headed. We didn’t build this company simply to work around boats—we built it because this is the lifestyle we grew up loving and the industry we want to leave our mark on.
